Christopher Davis Obituary

Christopher Dean Davis 23 of Wayland, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2008, as a result of a car accident.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 25, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at the Murphy Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant with Rev. Maurie Campbell officating. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Friends may call after 2 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established in his memory and may be left at the funeral home.

Christopher was born on March 6, 1984 in Daytona Beach Florida the son of Dallas & Tia DeNicolo Davis. He lived in Daytona until a few months ago when he moved to Iowa. He worked at his family's restaurant Saddles Steak House in Wayland formerly of Mt. Pleasant.

He is survived by his fiancé Kala Holtkamp of New London, his father Dallas & Bonnie Davis of Mt Dora Florida, his mother Tia & Ed Hamm of Wayland. His daughter: Nina Mae Davis of Florida, 4 brothers: Dustin Hamm of Rockford, IL, Benjamin Hamm of Wayland, Michael Clark and Charlie Clark both of Mt. Dora FL. and 4 sisters: Nicole Davis and her fiance Ryan Peiffer of New London, Jessica Davis and her fiance Mark Eakins of Ainsworth. Jessica Gail Hamm of Rockford, IL. and Tiffany Brady and her husband Scott of Orange City, FL. His grandparents Marsha and Rick Morin, and Art and Bev Hamm of Winfield. his great grandmothers Phyllis Snyder and Velma Hamm. Nephew's Bryce, Benjamin and Jonathan and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather and 2 maternal uncles.
