Donald Ray Grant, 47 of Danville, Iowa passed away at his home on Friday, July 22, 2011.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 25, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at the Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Pastor Regan Stoops officating. Friends may call after 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Murphy Funeral Home where the family will be present from 5 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established in his memory and may be lefted at the funeral home.
Donald was born on July 17, 1964, at Oak Park Illinois the son of Donald H. & Loretta Beauchamp Grant. He was united in marriage to Debra Janiszewski in 1990 they later divorced. He owned Grant Construction and was a professional tattoo artist. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren and family.
He is survived by his children: Diana Grant of Indiana, Rachel Stagers, Lauren Grant and Megan Grant all of Mt. Pleasant. 7 grandchildren, his mother: Loretta of Illinois, one brother Kenneth Beauchamp of Arizona, two sisters: Debbie Boreman and Yvonne Hardt both of Illinois.
Donald was preceded in death by his father, and two brothers.
