James A. Bryant

James A. Bryant, 75 of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

According to his wishes cremation has been accorded and no services will be held at this time.

Jim was born on July 10, 1940, in Morning Sun the son of Harold R. & Grace Pennywell Hall Bryant. Following his graduation from high school he attended college and joined the United States Marines. He lived in California and had worked for the State of California until he moved back to Mt. Pleasant in 1995.

Jim is survived by his two sons; Sean Bryant and James Bryant both of Mt. Pleasant, three grandchildren and his sister Norma Jean Robins of Grandview.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
