Nick Allred Obituary
Nicholas "Nick" D. Allred, 17, of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Monday evening, July 17, 2006, at the Henry County Health Center after a brave battle with Muscular Dystrophy.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant with Dr. Edward Peterson officiating. Friends may call after noon on Friday, July 21, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Beatty-Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. A memorial has been established in his memory. Following the service his body will be cremated.
Nick was born on October 9, 1988, in Mt. Pleasant the son of Greg & Linda Schadt Allred. He attended Mt. Pleasant High School, and enjoyed to play video games, collecting rocks, family get together, and watching the food network and cartoons. He always had a smile on his face, and was friend to all.
He is survived by his parents Greg & Linda of Mt. Pleasant, two brothers Nathan & Matthew Allred and one sister Jamie Wilson and her husband Scott, three nieces and his grandparents, Frank & Lorene Allred and Jim & Bertha Schadt all of Mt. Pleasant.
