You made the process easy to understand, helped us with decisions by not telling us what to do but rather using suggestions. Each step seemed to get a little more difficult, but you were right there ready with a hug. We have greeted a lot of people over the last week and so many have said his funeral was exceptional. I will have to agree with that statement myself. From viewing the body, to the funeral, and ending with the burial. Each process was thought out and executed with perfection. For some reason when you said "We'll take care of that", I knew you would. That feeling doesn't happen often with me and I normally have a tendency to double check on everything. I didn't have that feeling.
